New flying mounts are now available in MMO Mabinogi.
The Eagle and the Pelican both provide ground-base battle support to Mabinogi players and accelerate the travel time through the game. The Eagle and Pelican are both currently available in the game. They can be used to explore the new Africa-themed zone Courcle. This new land is filled with wild, untamed areas – including lush jungles, boggy swamps, grassy savannahs, and roaring rivers. Travelers must look out for a variety of deadly enemies, monsters, and animals – including elephants, and hyenas. Two new boss monsters, an enormous giant alligator and regal lion occupy Courcle and require supreme efforts to defeat.

Upcoming PC and Xbox 360 title Raven Squad has finished development and is getting ready to be available August 20.
Raven Squad combines Real Time Strategy and intense First Person Shooting with a flare akin to the iconic 80’s action flicks that inspired an entire generation to create a genre all it’s own.
Combining two distinct genres of gameplay, Raven Squad allows players to choose how they want to approach each mission, with the options to play through entirely in RTS, FPS or a mixture of the two modes. Using two squads of three, players will help Raven Squad work their way through the Amazonian jungles in an effort to put down a rebel group attempting to overthrow the Brazilian government. Vicious shootouts, hostage situations, peasant persecution and vehicle chases offer players a myriad of exciting interludes throughout the 12 level campaign. Oh, and did we mention it’s fully cooperative both online and local via system link? Well, it sure is hoss.

Arx Fatalis is now available through GameTap’s subscription service, with Dracula: Origin announced to arrive next week. This week’s featured free game is Deus Ex: Game of the Year Edition.
