Atlus is warning people that pick up a copy of Demon’s Souls before the official launch date (October 6) that the online feature won’t be working because the servers are keyed to start on… the official launch date. Don’t buy a copy, start playing, then think you’re getting a defective copy if you try to play online before October 6. The sequel to Dawn of Magic is now available on Impulse for the PC. The name of the game may be confusing, because in Europe it is titled Dawn of Magic 2, but for North America it is Time of Shadows.

Nexon, the publisher of such titles as Dungeon Fighter Online, MapleStory, Combat Arms and more today announced it has a new platform in the works for its titles. BlockParty will be a portal for all Nexon titles as well as providing some aspects of social networking. No launch date is announced.
