FROM THE PRESS RELEASE
New York-based Kaos Studios, a division of videogame publisher THQ, today announced that it’s ramping up staff as it moves into full development on an unannounced project.
KaosR17; debut title, Frontlines: Fuel of War, was a commercial and critical success, shipping more than one million units and holding the record for most players on the XBOX 360 in a FPS game (50 simultaneous).
Driving this hiring effort will be the studio’s new General Manager David Schulman.
“This is a very exciting time for Kaos Studios and I look forward to expanding our very talented team,” said David Schulman, general manager of Kaos. “Building on the success of Frontlines: Fuel of War, we plan to continue to introduce groundbreaking new features in our next project.”
Kaos has also re-launched www.KaosStudios.com, revealing behind-the-scenes information about the studio, specifics about the positions the studio is seeking to fill, a comprehensive guide to working in New York City and a “Top Ten List” for joining the Kaos team. Those who are interested in relieving some stress may be very interested in reason #4. Please go to www.kaosstudios.com for full details.
