Tim Allen’s feature film directorial debut shows us that life can be simple in prison and Crazy On The Outside as this outrageously funny new comedy starring Golden Globe Award® winners* Tim Allen (Wild Hogs) and Kelsey Grammer (“Frasier”), Academy Award® nominee** Sigourney Weaver (Avatar), and Golden Globe Award® nominee*** Ray Liotta (Observe and Report) arrives on Blu-ray Disc and DVD April 13 from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
When Tommy (Allen) gets released from the big house, he discovers life on the outside is even crazier than it was behind bars. Tommy’s eccentric sister Viki (Weaver) won’t get off his back, his sexy ex-girlfriend won’t leave him alone, and his former partner in crime Gray (Liotta) won’t take no for an answer. Through it all, Tommy might just find the girl of his dreams and get convicted of love in the first degree.
With a talented supporting cast including Jeanne Tripplehorn (“Big Love”), J.K. Simmons (Juno) and Julie Bowen (“Modern Family”), Allen’s feature film directorial debut serves up a healthy dosage of hysterical family dysfunction. Bonus features include a behind-the-scenes look at the nutty comedy full of unexpected twists as well as a gag reel showcasing all the craziness on set. Crazy On The Outside will be available on Blu-ray Disc and DVD April 13.
