True Games hires Dilek Ilboga as the Manager of International Business

True Games Interactive (www.truegames.com) a global online game publisher, announced today that it has added a key member to its management team with the hiring of Dilek Ilboga as the manager of International Business for True Games. In the role, Ilboga will be responsible for building and managing all distribution and merchant relationships on a global level, with a focus on Eastern Europe and South American territories. Prior to joining True Games, Ilboga recently held the position of Merchant Center manager at K2 Network, where she managed merchant relationships managing the distribution channels, establishing global partners and setting up distributor promotions.
In the position of International Business Manager at True Games, Ilboga will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the company’s International “True Pin” electronic serial number system and for building and managing all merchant and distribution relationships. Ilboga’s focus will be on the Eastern European and South American territories, though she will have a reach nationally and
internationally.
“Dilek can communicate and build relationships with people on a global level and that is exactly what we need,” said Jeff Lujan, Founder and Chairman of True Games. “When you have a game that is available online, your business does not end at the US border. We are an International company and Dilek brings not only a global attitude to the table, but a true global background.”

Prior to her recent post at K2 Network, Ilboga served in several key marketing, advertising and sales roles at top companies throughout Turkey, including one of the country’s largest groups, the Tepe Group, where she was responsible for managing & improving the sales distribution system, coordinating with all distributors, organizing all special sales promotions and campaigns and more.
Ilboga is a native of Turkey and is fluent in both Turkish and English and holds a degree in Economics from Uludag University and a specialization in Foreign Trade from Anadolu University in Turkey.
